Coaching is not therapy, mental health counseling, psychiatric treatment, medical treatment, or crisis intervention. Tiffanie Prince is a certified coach, not a licensed therapist, physician, psychologist, or medical provider.

We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or mental health condition. Nothing we provide should be used in place of care from a licensed professional, and you should never disregard or delay professional advice because of something you read, watched, or heard in our programs.

02 No Professional Advice

We do not provide legal, medical, therapeutic, financial, tax, or clinical advice. Our content is general in nature and is not tailored to your specific situation. Always consult a qualified professional in the relevant field before making decisions that affect your health, finances, legal standing, or family.

03 Results & Testimonials

We make no guarantee of any particular result. Testimonials, reviews, and success stories reflect individual experiences and are not a promise or prediction of what you will experience. Your outcome depends on your effort, consistency, circumstances, and factors outside anyone’s control.

04 Earnings & Income

Where any program touches on business, coaching as a career, or financial topics, we make no guarantee of income or business results. You are solely responsible for your own business decisions, and outcomes depend on your effort, skill, market conditions, and other external factors.

05 Relationship & Family Content

Some of our content addresses marriage, family, and relationship dynamics. It is general education, not couples therapy or family counseling, and it is not intended to diagnose or address abuse. If you are experiencing abuse or feel unsafe, please contact a licensed professional or a domestic violence hotline for support appropriate to your situation.

06 Faith-Based Content

Our coaching is faith-informed and may reference spiritual or biblical principles. This is offered as encouragement and perspective, not as pastoral counseling, religious instruction, or a substitute for guidance from your own faith community. Participation is always your choice.

07 Affiliates & Partnerships

We may recommend tools, books, or services we believe in, and in some cases we may receive a commission or other compensation if you purchase through our link. This never affects the price you pay, and we only recommend what we would use ourselves. Where an ambassador, affiliate, or referral program is offered, its own written terms apply.

08 Assumption of Risk

Personal development work can surface difficult thoughts, memories, and emotions. You participate voluntarily and at your own risk, and you are responsible for your own wellbeing, decisions, and actions during and after any program. If at any point the work feels like more than coaching can hold, please pause and seek licensed support.

01 All Sales Are Final

Our courses, workbooks, guides, and digital materials are delivered immediately upon purchase. Because digital content cannot be returned or un-accessed, all sales are final and no refunds are issued — including for unused access, unopened materials, change of mind, or failure to complete a program.

The only exception is where a refund is required by applicable law.

02 Payment Plans

Choosing a payment plan is a commitment to the full purchase price, not a subscription. Enrolling on a plan obligates you to complete every scheduled installment, whether or not you use the program. Stopping payment does not cancel the obligation and may result in immediate loss of access.

03 Rescheduling & No-Shows

• Coaching sessions require 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.
• Sessions missed without notice are forfeited — not refunded, credited, or rescheduled.
• Arriving late does not extend the session time.
• Sessions included in a package expire at the end of the stated access window.

04 Memberships & Recurring Billing

Where a membership renews automatically, you may cancel at any time before your next renewal date to avoid future charges. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not refund charges already processed, and access continues through the end of the period you paid for.

05 Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute in place of contacting us is a violation of our Terms. If a billing issue arises, email [email protected] first — we will work with you directly. Accounts with an open chargeback may have access suspended while the matter is resolved.

06 If Something Goes Wrong

If you cannot access what you purchased, or something is not working as described, tell us. Email [email protected] and we will make sure you get what you paid for.

01 What Is Shared Here, Stays Here

Members share real and personal things. Do not screenshot, record, repost, quote, or share another member’s words, image, or story outside the community — not with a spouse, a friend, or on social media.

We ask everyone to honor this, but we cannot guarantee that every participant will. Please share only what you are comfortable having in a group setting.

02 Speak With Respect

• Disagree with ideas, never attack people.
• No harassment, name-calling, mocking, or targeting another member.
• No hate speech or demeaning comments about anyone’s identity or beliefs.
• Assume good intent, and give grace — everyone here is mid-process.

03 Support, Don’t Diagnose

Share your own experience rather than issuing instructions about someone else’s life. Do not offer medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice to other members, and do not present yourself as a licensed professional unless you are one and are clearly speaking in that capacity.

04 No Selling or Recruiting

This is not a place to promote your business, pitch your program, recruit for an MLM, or DM members with offers. Sharing a resource inside a conversation where it genuinely helps is welcome; using the community as a lead list is not.

05 Our Content Stays In the Community

Course lessons, workbooks, replays, and call recordings are for your personal use only. Do not download, redistribute, or share them with non-members. See Intellectual Property in our Terms & Conditions.

06 Calls Are Recorded

Group coaching calls and workshops may be recorded and made available to members or used promotionally. If you prefer not to appear, keep your camera and microphone off and email us before the call. See Live & Virtual Events in our Terms & Conditions.

07 Crisis & Safety

The community is not a crisis resource and is not monitored around the clock. If you or someone else is in danger, contact 911 or call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) rather than posting and waiting for a reply.

08 Enforcement

We may remove content, issue a warning, or suspend or permanently remove any member who violates these guidelines, at our discretion and without notice or refund. Removal from the community for cause does not entitle you to a refund of any purchase.
